Hell we know that there are many ways to drive traffic. There are hundreds of stupid ways to drive traffic to your sites and probably you have already heard of them.
But there are a few things that you must get straight… master one and them move onto the next one. This is the main problem taht people have, they dont master, then just flit between on and another and never make any progress with it, but if you do take the time then, pretty soon , the traffic will come your way.
I am sure you have already heard about writing articles with good content to increase traffic to your sites. The reason for this is that while you are providing free, quality content for others to read, share, and use on their sites, the webmasters who used your articles will attach your links to them. Thus, you are going to receive backlinks which will bring you new traffic and help in your search rankings. So, just continue to create articles and submit them online. If you haven’t dona any yet, it is always free to try.
Social sites such as on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube are a graet way to get your links and information out there to the public as well. Google loves twitter at the moment so try taht one out. You cannot only post on these social sites but also in online communities as well such as on the message boards, e-mail discussion lists or chat rooms. And if you have posted helpful answers, definitely that can bring you loyal subscribers and customers.
What about online classified advertisements? You can place some ads on free advertising sites, free classified ad sites, free for all site links sites, even free yellow page directories and with other free ezine publishers, there are so many out there. Another way to reall boost your traffic is to give away little things like a free ebook, report, or maybe some software. People love things for free but what it does is create the law of reciprocity between the two of you.
There is another way of getting traffic to your site and that is by trading links with other webmasters to build customers with a built-in recommendation.
You can also try traffic exchanges but if you do, you must be consistent to build up your credits so as to add more advertisements. Most will allow you to build a down line, which helps build your credits and you should be happy about that since the more credits you build, the more ads you can run.
Or why not try to start an affiliate program as it can also bring you plenty of traffic to your site.
