Increase Your Productivity
Increase Your Productivity and stop pressing that big shiny red button. If only I could do that. I dont think that I am that dissimilar to you and I know you want increased productivity and I definately do, so I have given myself a challenge not to do something for the next, well, lets see how it goes. I can already see the results in my work, my concentration and a massive jump in my idea generation, so watch the video below and let me know what you think.

Hi Ciaron.
I agree. I set my emails for once an hour but even then that is too much and sometimes I am tempted to press the ‘check mail’ button!!
I certainly think no more than 3 should be enough, morning, noonish, then 5 pm.
Let’s do it!
Hey. I am writing this because I saw your email !!!!!!!

Hey Ciaran, Good tips bro. I often do that as well. You think your missing out on something if you miss the latest tool or launch. But time and time again the pros say that the most successful people just followed the basics.
Good reminders. I think that setting up a good work environment and knowing what you are going to do b4 you turn on your computer are key as well.
Have a great one!!
Brandon
p.s. Were you distracted from your work by reading this? Shame on you!!

Yesterday was awesome, so much work done, today even better so far, so yep, right lets do it, and keep each other in check.
Cheers

Paul,
I like it my man, yep damn right off with the skype too, I have been doing that for about 3 months and find it really helpful, I think its all about finding the things that you really dont need to do that are taking up the most time, breaking your concentration and basically sucking your productivity out.
Would be good to catch up Paul, send me an email mate on ciaran@ciarandoyle.com

Thanks Ciaran. Brilliant idea. However, for me, reading emails has become a means of breaking the monotony of work as well.

Sanjeeva,
Yep it does break the monotony, but it kills your time, productivity and you can do such better. Read something on the net that can help you out, maybe a new strategy that you can bring you more people to your website, if you dont have a website then maybe a new affiliate strategy, or something prodcutive… come with me, try something new, you might like it!

Hi there Ciaran,
Sending this at 1610 so you wont be reading it will you?!!
My excuse for sending it at this time is that I have just got back from Andy Harringtons “Power To Achieve” Weekend in London so I am catching up!
With what I learnt this weekend and from watching your vid I cannot agree more. I will be turning my email off tomorrow at about 9am and then not looking again til about 5pm.
Like you, this is going to be soooooooooo difficult for me. I am also going to go through the tons of people I get emails from and say adios to a few. (I am glad to say that you get a tick and will remain on my great to hear from you list!!)
Good Luck – keep in touch
