Ciaran, you’re so right about procrastination. I’ve just had a good couple of days but I’m always in danger of sliding back into inaction.
Another good vid. Keep it up.

oh, this hit a nerve so bad…if I’m doing this, I’m not doing that. It’s like I’ve got a list of fifty things to do and I keep getting the top 10 done and that’s it. I’ve heard that a “dream board” will help. Or writing it down.

Cathy,
It’s so important to have something taht is going to drive you forward. It is so easy to just fall back into that rut again and get snowed under by what you have going on. Dream boards are awesome, I have a few about and I try to keep magazines of my favourite things, I also have a song compilation that I listen to if ever i get stuck, good old cheesy ones like
Eye of the tiger
final countdown
dont stop me now, etc etc.
Martin, glad you liked the video my man, yep, you can slip right back into it very easily, but the thing you have to think about is now that I’m on a role how am I going to keep it going?
I really do think that the Gordon Gekko mentality of the 80′s and 90′s “Lunch is for wimps” has gone and now you have to take that bit of time off away from work to get the most productivity from yourself.

Hi Ciaran,
Loved this vid mate! I squirmed coz what you talked about is something I let happen a lot. What was so good is to hear someone else goes through the same thing as well. My mates don’t understand Internet Marketing and what it’s all about so your posts are legend! Hope you know that your vid made my day more productive!
Have done a lot on my website since I last wrote on this although it is taking a lot lot longer than I thought. Could you look over it when it’s done? Thanks
Look forward to your next inspiring vid mate! Keep up the good work!!

Only this morning I was listening to Tony Robbins who said a similar thing. His words were something like …’focus on the outcome rather than the process you have to go through to get there”.
Focusing on the outcome really gets you motivated to take action.

Awesome Paula,
Tony Robbins is brilliant. When it comes to getting things done in this life it always is best to know what you want to achieve, but even more than that, WHY you want to achieve it, that is the real power.

Hi Ciaran,
first congrats for the new design of your blog, it is very nice and much better than some time ago.
my thing to get me in the move again is dancing, not going to the night club or any dance floor. Not showing out, rather dancing from the inside, for myself and to reconnect with myself. and the others too…
Nothing better then biodanza for it: visit http://www.BiodanzaEastLondon.com to know what it is.
