PPC Marketing, Mess Up & You Waste Money!

PPC or pay per click is a great way of driving qualified traffic and I use it for all of my clients who include massive compaines, but if you dont know what you are doing you could lose the shirt off your back.

Everybody has their own way of doing PPC, I know my way works so that is all I need to say, I make huge profits and I have very happy customers. So waht do you need to know about PPc before you start?

1. Your PPC advertisements must be designed to fit into a template provided by the systems.
2. Choose keywords to use (dont choose too many and not ones with too much competition)
3. Decide how much you want to pay for every click on your keyword (the cost of your payment determines where your ads appears on major search engines such as Yahoo or Google, but my recommendation is to go in high and then after you have monitored your campiagn, and have seen a high click through rate, then start to drop it, make sure you go and do some research into how to do this first)

But, if you are willing to pay enough for each click, then you can get your web site advertised on the first and topmost page of the chosen search engine. Take for example the case in Google where you could pay $2 for each click or only 10c, depending on the product and keyword that you use to advertise it.

The beauty of PPC technique lies in leading the targeted visitors to your sales page but after that, it will be up to you what to do with them. So, as an online business person, you should find ways not to lose them as you have paid for their visit. That is why a compelling reason must be presented for them to stay and furthermore lead them to sign your opt-in form and then join your list.

If you fail to do this, do not expect to get enough revenues because PPC will probably going to lose you money. But if you succeed, than you have a traffic generation technique that is going to provide you a lot of targeted people in your list, willing to become customers for the product that you are selling.

PPC is great, but dont rely on this as your sould traffic driving method, plus why not have a look around the google adwords interface, you will be surprised what else you find you can do in there.. hint hint, placement targeting through CPM, not CPC).
